Skin colour wasn’t correct and couldn’t be corrected during the modelling phase, reluctant to admit the skin colour wasn’t right , even after sending photo evidence that the colour I selected is no where near the colour I selected, finally I was offered a remake for a £30 charge for fast shipping after I paid allot for the allotted price of the model, overall the model quality of the model is very good and closely resembles the picture you send them( just be wary of the picking the darker skin colour shades)
This was by far the best gift I have ever given. I gave my husband this bobblehead for our wedding and he absolutely loved it. The artist was in constant contact during the process to ensure it was what I wanted and I received it way earlier than expected. AMAZING product and will definitely order from them again!
